BROWNWOOD ISD - GORDON WOOD STADIUM - ADDITIONS AND RENOVATIONS
The Construction Manager-at-Risk Teinert Construction and Brownwood ISD request Lump Sum Proposals for the following project:
SCOPE OF WORK:
In general, the project consists of GORDON WOOD STADIUM ADDITIONS & RENOVATIONS which includes but is not limited to: dirt work, utility work, concrete paving, concrete walks, drilled piers, concrete slabs, structural steel, steel joists, metal deck, single ply roofing, meal roofing and siding, steel studs and drywall, masonry, aluminum, steel and plastic laminate covered doors, aluminum windows, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC.
The Proposer will be responsible for the accomplishment and coordination of all construction activities indicated in the documents and/or as Described in the Proposal Documents.
Interior finishes include but are not limited to: steel studs and drywall, resilient flooring, epoxy flooring, ceramic tile, paint, acoustical ceiling, millwork, casework, expansion joint covers, fire extinguishers and cabinets, toilet partitions, toilet accessories, metal lockers, plaque, identifying devices, and window blinds.
