SCOPE OF WORK:
The Project consists of removal and replacement of the membrane roofing system with all associated insulation and flashing, repairs to EIFS walls above the roof level, replacement of rooftop HRU’s at the Admin area, and structural modifications associated with the HVAC replacement.. AISD shall have the right under the contract to assess liquidated damages for and not limited to performance and schedule delays beyond substantial completion.
ALTERNATE SCOPE: To the extent that funding permits, a limited number of the existing classroom HVAC systems (Water Source Heat Pumps) will be removed and replaced with DX heat pump split systems, including repair of interior finishes. Refer also to Section 012300 – Alternates.
ESTIMATED PROJECT BUDGET: $3,300,000
