Austin ISD and Construction-Manager-At-Risk JE Dunn are seeking subcontractors for the Travis ECHS – Modernization – GMP2 project.
SCOPE OF WORK:
GMP2 - Trades Bidding for Award: Building Concrete, Masonry, Structural & Miscellaneous Steel, Waterproofing & Dampproofing, Elevators, Fire Sprinkler System, Plumbing, HVAC, Controls – Building Automation, Electrical (including Fire Alarm), and Dumpsters.
The Travis ECHS Replacement project will build a new high school building on the existing athletic fields. When complete, the school will move from the old buildings into the new building. The old buildings will then be demolished to make room for new athletic fields and parking. The site is approximately 25 acres.
