Texas General Land Office requests Competitive Sealed Proposals for the following project:
SCOPE OF WORK:
91223-Construction, General (Backfill Services, Digging, Ditching, Road Grading, Rock Stabilization, Etc.) 92642
The overall goal of the Project is to restore the engineered Indianola Beach back to its prestorm condition, function and capacity due to Hurricane Harvey that impacted the site in August 2017. The work will include mechanically importing and placing approximately 3,411 cubic yards of beach quality sand to mitigate Hurricane Harvey damage to Indianola Beach, an engineered beach consisting of eight beach cells divided by nine rock groins located along approximately 2,039 linear feet of the west Matagorda Bay shoreline from the intersection of Texas Highway 316 and North Ocean Drive (FM 2760), in Indianola, Calhoun County, Texas.
