TAYLOR COUNTY - RFP 2025-505 ADULT DETENTION FACILITY - ROOF REPLACEMENT
Taylor County requests Competitive Sealed Proposals for the following project:
SCOPE OF WORK:
Complete replacement of roofing including roof deck repair/replacement (Metal deck and gypsum deck), rigid insulation, sheet metal flashings, and roof accessories as required for a complete watertight system. Removal and reinstallation of existing rooftop MEP equipment including providing raised curbs and extending MEP distribution lines for increased height of finish roof. Coordination with Jail/Maintenance staff for sequencing of the work during equipment shut downs and prisoner relocation.
