Austin ISD requests Competitive Sealed Proposals for the following project:

SCOPE OF WORK:
Design the upgrade of varies mechanical system within the interior and roofing of the Main Building and Building 100. This work will also include existing window replacement at the Main Building, 100 Building and 200 Building. Also an upgrade to the exterior lighting and security at the main entrance and secondary drives.
1. Demolition and New Work
2. Upgrade of the DDC Controls for the affected air handlers
3. Repair of the Pipe Insulation
4. Revise electrical connections to equipment
5. New site lighting and security
6. New HVAC Design for air handler upgrades
7. Exterior operable single pane window replacement
ESTIMATED PROJECT BUDGET: $842,065.00
