Austin ISD requests Competitive Sealed Proposals for the following project:

SCOPE OF WORK:
1.5.1. Mechanical, Electrical and Architectural: Remodel of existing bathrooms by the cafeteria.
1.5.2. Roofing: Install new curbs for electrical equipment and associated work to replace mechanical units.
1.5.3. Civil: None
1.5.4. Plumbing: Replace flush valve and associated work to support the rest of the scope of work.
1.5.5. HVAC: Replacement of three roof top units and bathroom exhaust fans with associated elements.
1.5.6. Electrical: Install new fixtures, panels and associate wiring as required by the Documents including work on the roof top.
ESTIMATED PROJECT BUDGET: $390,259.00
