SCOPE OF WORK:
Replace Existing aged HVAC equipment with new equipment
1.5.1. Architectural: Add architectural screen around new rooftop HVAC unit
1.5.2. Roofing: Roof curb and weather sealing for new rooftop HVAC unit
1.5.3. Civil: N/A
1.5.4. Plumbing: N/A
1.5.5. HVAC: Replace 3 existing water source heat pumps and 11 console ground source heat pumps. Renovations to existing fluid cooler.
1.5.6. Electrical: Electrical work to accompany new HVAC units. Electrical renovations to existing fluid cooler.
1.5.7. Structural: Structural work for new rooftop HVAC unit. Replace existing fluid cooler supports.
ESTIMATED PROJECT BUDGET: $512,652
