Manor Independent School District is soliciting Competitive Sealed Proposals from qualified firms to provide construction services for renovating cafeteria food lines at the following campuses:
The selected firm will provide a full range of construction services for Kitchen Serving Lines Improvements, including: Collaborating with selected architects from design renderings for each campus receiving repair or replacement. Developing a detailed plan of construction, including building materials being used. Providing an overall timeline for the project. Presenting information to the Superintendent or Board, as requested. In addition, providing biweekly updates and daily communications with the District or its designee.
