SCOPE OF WORK: Reroof scope of work generally includes tearing off all existing roofing and insulation down to the roof deck, and replacing with minimum R-25 insulation, gypsum coverboard, and fully adhered 135-mil KEE fleeceback roof membrane and flashings. Roof membrane shall be adhered in full coverage adhesive (no ribbons, no splatter). The new roof system shall meet UL Class A, comply with City of Austin current, applicable, building codes, and qualify for roof membrane manufacturer’s 20 year no dollar limit roof system guarantee. Refer to Drawings for existing roof assemblies and deck types.
ESTIMATED PROJECT BUDGET: $1,700,000
