AUSTIN ISD - 25CSP049 - BAILEY MS - HVAC and Roofing Improvements

SCOPE OF WORK: Austin Independent School District (“AISD”) is seeking a contractor to replace select individual HVAC systems and dedicated outside air heat recovery units in the academic wing. HVAC controls, electrical, architectural, structural and roofing improvements in support of HVAC upgrades are also included. AISD shall have the right under the contract to assess liquidated damages for and not limited to performance and schedule delays beyond substantial completion.
