SCOPE OF WORK: The project will 'encompass' an administration annex building, a new committal shelter, cortege lane restroom, a columbarium plaza and double-depth pre-placed crypts as well as roads and grounds with supporting infrastructure. The facility must be constructed to meet all VA and State construction standards.
ESTIMATED PROJECT BUDGET: $11 to $12.5 million
