ESTIMATED PROJECT BUDGET: $800,000
SCOPE OF WORK: Single Prime Contract with the owner. Base work includes complete tear off of sheet metal roofing systems and replacement with TPO and standing seam sheet metal roofing systems, replacement of sheet metal drainage system including gutter, downspouts, through-wall scuppers, and conductor heads, replacement of roof hatch, restoration of sheet metal cornice, removal/restoration of lightning protection system, removal/reinstallation of electrical systems in area of work, limited masonry restoration work, painting, and asbestos and lead abatement coincident to the work of this contract.
